Software projects that use the RateItAll API

Some people have used the API to build clients that can post and read reviews:

• LongTailVideo built a plug-in that lets people rate and review videos right from inside the player, powered by the RateItAll API.
• Cartfly offers rating and reviews in their shopping cart powered by RateItAll.
• jedi58 of New Earth Online built a helpful PHP library to make it easier for PHP projects that use RateItAll's database of items and reviews.

Some partners use the API to load data into RateItAll for people to find.  For example:

• LocalSplash provides local business data to RateItAll via the API.
• Video games marketplace Dawdle provided a large directory of video games.

We also use the API internally to load sets of items to review into RateItAll, so there are always new things to rate and review.  For example:

• The Crunchbase database of startup and technology companies and executives.
• Netflix has a list of movies to review.
• iPhone Games and other apps loaded from Apple.
